Yoga bar Muesli 80gm

Dates 40gm

oats 20gm

peanuts 20gm

Protein powder 1scoop

Method

Step 1

Soak the dates for sometime. pulse the soaked dates with peanuts. add the mixture with muesli and protein powder. add the oats. mix with little water. Grease a box with little ghee and put the mixture. keep it in the refrigerator for hrs. take it out and cut it in equal sizes. I got bars from the ingredients. cal per bar with gm of protein. your homemade tasty protein bar is ready.
