Whole wheat buns 2 Paneer 50 gm Rajma 1/2 bowl Besan 1/4 cup Cheese slice 1 Jeera powder 1/2 tsp Corinder powder 1/2 tsp Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Ghee 2tsp Plan yogurt 4 tbsp Tandoori masala 1tsp Oregano 1tsp Onion 1/2 large Tomato 1/2 large Coriander leaf Lettuce or cabbage 1 whole leaf
Soak bowl of rajma in a bowl overnight then steam the rajma in pressure cooker for whistle . Shift the steam rajma to another bowl and mash it properly using a ladle .
Add a bowl of besan ,salt ,jeera powder, coriander powder and some kitchen king masala and coriander leaf to it . Also add some water to the bowl and mix everything properly
Now make large patties using the rajma batter. Heat a tawa on high flame and add some ghee in it
Cook the patties one by one from both sides until they turn golden brown and crispy Now cook whole wheat bun from both sides Now make some healthy mayo take tablespoons of Greek yogurt, each in separate bowl
In one bowl add some tandoori masala and a pinch of salt mix it with Greek yogurt in another bowl add oregano salt and Greek yogurt your oregano and tandoori sauce are ready
Now assemble the burger by placing sauce on buns a lettuce leaf or cabbage leaf , souce tomatoes, and onions the rajma patties and slice of paneer Your high protien burger is ready .
