Ingredients (For 4 Bowls Total) Paneer – 200 g Whey Protein – 2 scoops (vanilla/chocolate) Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp Dates – 2 (seedless) Milk – 2–4 tbsp (to adjust blending consistency)

Step 1

How to Make ( Bowls) Chop the paneer into small pieces. Add paneer, whey protein, cocoa powder, coffee powder, and dates into a blender. Pour in – tbsp of milk. Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. Divide the mixture evenly into small bowls. Refrigerate for hours to set into a mousse-like texture. Serve chilled — your protein-rich tiramisu–chocolate mousse is ready!
