🌱 40 g soya chunks 🧀 20 g low-fat paneer (crumbled) 🌾 20 g besan (gram flour) 🟢 20 g green peas (optional) 🧈 5 ml butter (for greasing & toasting) 🌶️ 1 green chili 🧄 5–6 garlic cloves 🫚 A small piece of ginger (½ inch) 🧂 Salt to taste
Prep the soya 🫘 Boil the soya chunks in water for – minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Make the mixture 🧑🍳 In a blender, add boiled soya chunks, paneer, besan, green chili, garlic, ginger, and salt. Blend into a smooth paste without adding water. Mix in green peas (if using).
Shape the kebabs 🍡 Take small portions of the mixture and shape into round or oval kebabs.
Cook the kebabs 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease with butter. Place the kebabs and toast on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve & enjoy 🥗 Serve hot with fresh green chutney or a mint-yogurt dip.
