Soya granules 30gms Vegetable - 100gms (onion slices , spinach, garlic as per taste, pudina leaves,green chilli) Oil 5gms
Method - cook soya granules adding salt nicely and squeeze it. While cooking add gms oil in that water only. Seperately boil Spinach garlic pudina leaves in water for minutes just to give half cook Taste.Drain the water and grind to make fine paste. I prefer cooked onion as it goes easy for me to digest but my husband prefer raw onion with mixture. Take a bowl add the green paste,boiled squeeze soya ,Lil lemon juice and salt as per taste.. Same green paste with boiled potatoes,paneer , mushrooms,rice ,dailya you can have. One green paste or gravy with soya granules,paneer or mushroom or even you can add boiled rice or daliya.
