Onion ,ginger,garlic,spices of your choice
Soak soya granules in hot water for – minutes. Drain the excess water and squeeze out all moisture from the granules.
Add roasted besan (gram flour) to the soya mixture. Mix in finely chopped onions, grated ginger, minced garlic, and your choice of spices (salt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder)
Combine everything to form a dough-like mixture. Shape the mixture into small, flat tikkis
Brush each tikki lightly with oil. Air fry at °C for min , flipping once halfway through. Optionally brush again with a little oil after flipping for a crispier texture.
