✳️Ingredients✳️ ✅️Mori-Nu Silken Tofu – 307 g (1 pack) ✅️Rasmalai Milk Whey Protein Powder – 70 g (used in two parts of 35 g each)
✳️Method✳️ . Add g silken tofu and g Rasmalai protein powder to a blender. . Blend till smooth and creamy. . Add the remaining g protein powder, and churn once more for a uniform texture. . Divide the mixture into kulfi moulds or bowls. . Freeze for hour (or longer for a firmer set). . Unmould and enjoy your high-protein, no-sugar, festive kulfi!
