120 grams of paneer
200 grams of spinach
30 grams of grounded soya chunks
Red chilli powder
Chaat masala
Black salt and normal salt as per taste
Zeera powder
Coriander powder

Blanch the chopped spinach and drain off the water properly.
Mix the main three ingredients - blanched spinach, paneer and grounded soya chunks with basic spices as mentioned above in the ingredients list.
Give it round shape and form the patties
Sauté it with grams of ghee and make it golden brown.
