Water
Add ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds , once it splutters, add the curry leaves , green chilly ,veggies (I took onions, tomato, capsicum) and saute until it is cooked
Once veggies are cooked , cut the paneer into cubes and add it and saute it along with veggies and add salt needed for the dish.
Now add the vermicilli ( portion) and water (. portion) and let it all cook well. Once the water is all absorbed and vermicilli is cooked , serve it hot and enjoy.
