soya chunk powder 25 gm

green peas 100gm

wheat flour 25 gm

semolina 25 gm

finely chopped capsicum 50gm

finely chopped carrots 50gm

chilli flex

curd 50gm

salt

baking soda 1tsp

oil to grease 5gm

mayonnaise 25gm

red chilly sause 5gm

Method

Step 1

Grind boiled peas,mix wheat flour,semolina, curd,salt,chilli flex.

Step 2

Take appe maker ,heat it on stove,greas it.

Step 3

put the dough

Step 4

put mayonnaise and chilli sauce in between then put more dough to make appe.

Step 5

Allow it to cook,twist it.

Step 6

when golden ready to eat.
