This Chickpea Salad is crunchy, spicy and g Protein without much effort Just three major steps and a handful of ingredients to reach your protein goal To make: Take g of Chickpeas (uncooked) and soak them in water overnight. Boil them and roast until they are slightly crispy, add some salt to taste and set aside. Chop up your favourite vegetables, Iľ've used onion, cucumber,tomato and cabbage. - Now for the dressing: Blend g hung curd or yogurt, g paneer, soaked dried red chilli, - cloves of garlic, lemon juice, salt and cumin powder to taste. (Add some water to adjust the consistency) - Now, Assemble everything and pour over the prepared dressing.
