Grate bottle gourd finely . Squeeze all the water . In a hot pan, add ghee and grated gourd. . Roast well till dry . Blend / scoop kulfi whey in cold water (dont use shaker) . Pour in the pan and keep stirring on low flame (dont keep on high flame) . The mixture starts getting thicker. . Add saffron threads and grate with one cashew or pista . PS - This recipe is made because there is no milk, nuts or any other item that can be used to make more traditionally. But this really is mouthwatering, particularly when you added kulfi whey protein.
