• poha (beaten rice) 45gms • curd 100gms (unsweetend) • dry roasted peanuts unsalted 15gms • strawberries 40gms • dried blueberries 15gms • protein powder 1 scoop

Method

Step 1

recipe- mix the weighed poha, whey protein and curd. Once they were properly mixed add peanuts, cut fruits like strawberries, kiwi, apple, banana. you can improvise and add anytoppings. mix everything properly and enjoy!
