-crack open eggs out of which are egg whites and one being whole egg - to this add one or two teaspoon of homemade mint chutney and salt and pepper as per taste - whisk everything together until the color turns like green lantern - no add gms of leftover chicken. if you don't have leftover chicken then cook raw gms of chicken breast. this adds another - minutes to your cooking time. - now add the mixture to the pan and add chopped cabbage and cover with a lid and let it cook for minutes. - serve hot
