soak chia seeds and halim seeds in the milk for - minutes. can also be kept soaked overnight to save time in the morning. boil the milk with chia and garden crass seeds. add saffron strands, cardamom, chopped dry fruits and makhana. add black raisins and sugar. kheer is ready
