Add some oil in the Kadai and get your chopped onions,tomatoes,chilli, garlic, ginger etc cooked for a while and keep this aside to cool. (in the mean while put this grams coconut to the mixer add enough luke warm water and grind it and separate the milk, Luke warm water is added to generate more milk, since coconut is used in limited quantity).. Add the remaining oil to the Kadai and put the whole spices Cinnamon,cardamom, cloves and then add the veggies mix in to the oil. Fry it until all the water is gone. now put the prawns in and cook for a while , later reduce the flame and keep the lid on and cook for to mins. After this pour the coconut milk and give it a mix . check the salt and sugar at this stage .Add them to adjust taste and turn off the gas before the coconut milk boils . add some ghee now if you have the provision for ghee in your diet. and keep the lid on and keep the Kadai to rest for another to mins. now give it a mix and you can consume it after the flavour is equally spread throughout the curry.
