1. Avocado 100gms 2. Onion 25gms 3. Tomato 50gms 4. Lemon juice 5ml 5. Olive oil 3ml(optional) 6. Salt as per taste.

Method

Step 1

Cut the avocados and Scoop out the pulp.. crush the pulp with the help of spoon. chop onion and tomato mix everything together.. now mix olive oil,salt and lemon juice Guacamole is ready,you can enjoy it as a dip,as topping or can stuff it into bread, sandwich..
