Granola - 30g
Whey Scoop(Flavoured or Unfavoured) - 30g
Unflavoured Epigamia Greek Yogurt - 90g
Banana or Any fruit - 50g(or as per your macros)
Add Greek yogurt and whey to in a bowl. Mix is well such that there are no lumps. Optionally you can add banana or any fruit and grind all ingredients together. Add a little water if it's too thick.
Add Granola to another bowl in half partition
Add mixture in step to this granola bowl
Season fruits on the bowl or optionally you can partition granola in / bowl, fruits in / and yogurt mixture in /. (This is as per your wish and how decorative you want it to look like)
