Ingredients 2 bread slices 100g shredded chicken Whole wheat Bread slices 100 g or 4 slices Cabbage 50g grated Carrot 50g geated Lettuce leaves For homemade mayo 50g hung curd Pepper powder Garlic powder Salt Garlic cloves 4 Chilli flakes Italian seasoning

Method

Step 1

Mix shredded chicken with homemade mayo . Add salt to taste and pepper powder. Apply this mixture to bread slices on both sides. Add grated cabbage and carrot. Grill or toast the sandwiches. Ready to relish.
