Chicken Mince - 150gms

Onion chopped finely - 1 small

Ginger grated - 1tsp
Garlic crushed - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander chopped - 1tsp
Mint leaves - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Olive oil for shallow frying - 10ml
Mix all ingredients together
Refrigerate for hr
Take skewers and shape the chicken mix like kebabs
Shallow fry on grill pan till done with olive oil
Serve with mint chutney
