chicken breast 225 gm

spices for marination (salt pepper red chilly powder salt turmeric coriander)
garlic 1 clove
adrak 1 inch
curd 10gm
coal 1 PC for smokey flavour
mint chutney 5 gm
wash the chicken and marinate with curd, mint chutney, garlic, adrak, salt, pepper, red pepper, any other masala of your choice
coat the chicken pieces(thin) with masala properly and put it in refrigerator overnight. or keep it marinated at room temp for hr
In the morning take a PC of charcoal burn it on the stove until red
take a metal utensil place it directly on the overnight marinated chicken and put some Desi ghee on charcoal and cover the lid and let the smoke infuse in chicken.
keep the chicken for min in the meantime chop veggies you want to take with chicken
put gm oil in a sauce Pan ans sauté veggies in it put salt and pepper to taste
put gm oil in a grill tawa put chicken to cook after min turn the chicken over. cook until the internal part of chicken turns whitish in colour but still juicy inside
sprinkle some lemon over the chicken and enjoy hot
