Mung -20 g raw ( soaked and sprouted)
Butter/ghee/oil -3 g
Greens- spinach, garlic greens, corriander etc 50-100 g finely chopped
Ginger-as per choice
Green chilli-1/2
Salt
Cheese cube-1 grated
All purpose seasoning- optional
Grind Mung sprouts with ginger and green chilli coarsely
Clean and chop greens finely
Beat two eggs and add salt , finely chopped greens,sprouts mixture
Brush ghee/ oil / butter on nonstick pan
Spread above mixture like chilla or omelette
Flip to cook other side then add grated cheese on it and roll it (save some to garnish)
Cut in the form of rolls , sprinkle remaining cheese Enjoyyyy
