green moong daal ( soaked for 1 hour ) 30 gram
rice 30 gram
salt 1/4 tbsp
one lizzat papad
. put Desi ghee ,cloves , cinnamon,black pepper, cumin, cardamom and saute them
add onion and curry leaves and saute them till become brown
add moong dal , rice , salt, water
cover the lid and after / whistle the food so ready and serve with roasted papad
