Method

Step 1

Daal chilla Green moong daal - medium bowl, soak it for a night. Chilli - Adarak - gram Coriander - As per your taste Salt Pepper Bit of water to keep it less concentrated Grind it all together Cooking method Non stick pan and heat it high Lower the flame and pour the batter and spread it round on the non stick pan. Add few drops of butter/oil to sides of chilla. Add onion on top of chilla and fold it half. Let onion cook with steam from chilla like a sandwich. Your chilla ready Eat with chantey and enjoy
