100 gms of total vegetables 2 green chilli 4 cloves garlic Boiled corn 10 gm Remaining is cauliflower U can add ginger , coriander leaves also ( optional) Paneer 80 gms Butter 5 gm Salt to taste Red chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp Oregano 1/2 tbsp Haldi 1/2 tsp Some chaat masala ( optional)
Take food processor add cauliflower, paneer , garlic , green chillies into it and grind it till all the ingredients well greated and mix properly Now take a bowl take all the mixture into it add corn And all the dry masala into it and mix well Mix everything up in a large bowl Using a scoop (or a large spoon), drop mixture into the hot pan and flatten out with your fingers to form a patty. Cook for - minutes on each side using butter turning down the heat if they begin to brown too quickly. Remove from pan To plate Garnish some coriander leaf and some chaat masala over it and enjoy your healthy fritters with some chutney or dip Ready to eat ☺️☺️😍 #FITTRMasterchef
