eggs

almond tortilla

any grated veggies - micrograms or carrot or zucchini or chives or small onions or spring onions.

Method

Step 1

warm the tortilla

Step 2

beat eggs with a half a teaspoon of fermented red chilli's gochujang paste and some salt.

Step 3

add the veggies to the beat eggs

Step 4

pour the egg- veggie mixture on a hot skillet preferably on cast iron with no oil.

Step 5

cook for mins on each side

Step 6

make a burrito wrap with the egg pancake and tortilla
