Prawns -250g (deshelled& deveined) Spring onion - 2 Garlic- 10gm Butter -10 gm chilli flakes - to taste oregano - to taste Lemon- half
wash prawns and pat dry it. . Heat butter in pan and add garlic to it , let garlic get brown . . Add chopped green onions to butter and garlic let it cook for min. . once onions are cooked ,Add prawns and mix it well . Add oregano, salt , chilli flakes and let it cook for -min prawns get cook really fast so no need to cover them Garnish with chopped green onions and your prawns are ready.
