Carrot: 100 gm
Paneer: 50 gm
Milk: 50 gm
Raisins: 5 gm
Oil/Ghee: 5 ml
Stevia: As per taste

Wash and peel carrots. Grate them using a hand grater or a food processor.
In a heavy bottom pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add grated carrot.
Cook it for about - minutes. Keep stirring it occasionally.
Now add milk and mix it well.
When the is milk reduced and add crumbled paneer. Cook it for another - minutes.
Add stevia and cardamom powder. Stir it well so that everything gets combined nicely. Cook it for another minute then turn off the flame.
Gajar Paneer ka Halwa is ready to be served.
