Almonds, Cashews, Raisins - each 5 gms

Wash and peel the carrots and then grate them avoid the inner yellow stem. Grated carrots qty is gms
Bring milk to boil in a kadai once it starts boiling add grated carrots
On a medium low flame cook the carrots keep stirring occasionally
We have to reduce the milk completely this will take time around hour or so
In a small pan add ghee and roast the dry fuits
Once the milk is completely reduced switch off the flame and add whey and roasted dry fuits
Mix everything together ( if you need u may add sugar free at this stage but the carrots and whey have sweetness so u may not need to add it)
