200 gm grated carrots

200 ml milk, 20 gm ghee

Stevia, cardamom powder

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat.

Step 2

Add grated carrots and sauté for - minutes.

Step 3

Pour in ml of milk and cook until the milk is absorbed by the carrots, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add a pinch of cardamom powder for flavor.

Step 5

Sweeten with stevia as per your taste and mix well.

Step 6

Cook for another - minutes, then turn off the heat.
