1) Milk (200 ml) 2) Carrot (100 gm) 3) Mix Dryfruits (10gm) 4) Sugar-free (you can also add vanilla flavour whey to make high protein version) 5) Cardamom & saffron powder (to taste)
) Grate carrots ) Put them in a non-stick pan on medium flame. ) Add milk ) Let it cook for - mins or till it starts to boil. ) Add powdered/chopped dryfruit (nuts and dates) and let it boil for some more time ) Add cardamom and saffron powder. ) Mix well and let it cool. ) Serve medium hot or chilled (as per your preference)
