40 g quick cooking oats ( roasted )
100 ml Alpro Vanilla Almond Milk
60 g apple cut into small pieces
10 g whey protein chocolate flavour
12 g Almonds ( half crushed. rest for garnish)
In a bowl, take oats, whey and milk. Mix well. Let it rest for mins while the oats become soft.
Add chopped apple and crushed almonds. Mix well.
Garnish with few chopped apple pieces and almonds. Enjoy!
