Spring onion, cabbage, garlic, ginger, capsicum, corn ,potato ,peas, salt and pepper
For Paneer chilly: Cut paneer into small cubes , pan fry it & keep it aside. For chilli gravy heat a pan , add oil & put all the finely chopped veggies and sauté for sometime in high flame then make corn flour slurry, add to the veggies & stir for sometime. Then add the grilled paneer for rice - cook the rice first. In a pan sauté green chopped vegetables with oil ,add salt & pepper then add cooked rice . Serve this with paneer chilly gravy.
