2 Whole Eggs
2 gm butter
salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder to taste
Toast slices of bread
add butter in a pan. break in eggs. sprinkle salt,black pepper powder, paprika powder to taste.
flip the eggs to firm the upper layer of yolk but still keep the yolk runny inside. cook eggs as per liking
take out the fried eggs on the toast. garnish with your favourite toppings. i like spicy green chutney and tomato ketchup. ENJOY !!!
