1. Frozen Pumpkin - 60 gm 2. Frozen Strawberry - 55 gm (any fruit of your choice) 3. Bread Slice - 40 gm 4. Coffee Powder - 3/4 Tsp 5. Thick Curds - 50 gm (or Plain Greek Yogurt) 6. Stevia to taste 7. Cinnamon Powder
Instructions: 🧋Hang the curds in a muslin cloth in a cool place for approx an hour until all the liquid (whey) has drained off. (Can also use plain Greek Yogurt) 🧋 Add stevia and frozen pumpkin to a blender and blend to a nice thick puree. Add the whey part of the curd if required. Keep it aside. 🧋 Blend frozen strawberry to a thick puree and keep aside. 🧋 Cut the bread into pieces and blend them in a mixer to finely coarse powder. 🧋 Add stevia and coffee powder (qty as per preference) to hung curd and mix well. Chalo now let's assemble it in a jar 😎 🧋 Take a jar or serving glass, for st layer add bread crumps at the bottom of the jar. 🧋nd layer, pour pumpkin puree on the bread crumps and sprinkle some cinnamon powder. 🧋 rd layer, pipe some coffee flavored hung curd. 🧋 th layer, strawberry puree. *Repeat all the layers as many times you wish to* 🧋 Finally, top it with more hung curd. Place a few pumpkin and strawberry cubes on top, sprinkle some cinnamon powder and it's ready😋🤩😍🍓🎃🧋
