Ingredients

For Muthiya: 1. Bottle Gaurd Grated - 50 gm 2. Whole Wheat Flour - 50 gm 3. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp 4. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp 5. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp 6. Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp 7. Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp 8. Salt to Taste 9. Asafoetida - Pinch 10. Eno - Pinch 11. Fresh Corriander leaves

For Tikka: 1. Bell Peppers - 40 gm 2. Lady Finger - 20 gm 3. Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Pepper Powder, Corriander Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp each 4. Lemon Juice - 1/2 Tsp 5. Butter - 6 gm 6. Hung Curd - 5 gm (optional)

For Garnishing: 1. Toothpicks/Skewers 2. Mint Chutney 3. Ketchup 4. Mint Leaves

Method

Step 1

Instruction For Muthiya: ๐Ÿข Squeeze out excess water from the grated bottle gourd and store the water for kneading. Combine the wheat flour, ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices. Mix well, and knead into a soft dough. Add some more water if needed.. ๐Ÿข Shape the dough into a cylindrical roll with approx inch diameter. Cut into small circles of . inch each. ๐Ÿข Arrange the circles in a steamer and steam for mins. Check with a tooth pick if it's nicely cooked. Keep it aside till it comes to room temperature.

Step 2

Instructions For Marination: ๐Ÿข Heat gms butter and stir fry lady finger till it turns soft and keep aside. ๐Ÿข In a bowl, take all the spices, lemon juice and sprinkle some water to form a thick batter/paste. (Instead of hung curd) ๐Ÿข Now add cubes of bell pepper, steamed muthiya and stir fried bhindi in the batter prepared. Mix well and coat on the muthiya n veggies. Keep in fridge for - mins to marinate. (Can also use veggies of your choice like onion, tomato, baby corn, pineapple, broccoli etc for marinating) ๐Ÿข Heat a non stick tava, add the remaining butter and place the marinated muthiya and vegetables. Roast till they turn light brown in color from both the sides. Alternatively, can be grilled on a tandoor for - mins. ๐Ÿข Take Skewers and insert one by one. Sprinkle some chat masala and tadaaaaa๐Ÿข๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคฉ
