- Wheat Flour - 20 gm
- veggie -80 gm chopped onion+ capsicum carrat + cauliflower (grated)
paneer - 20 gm - mashed
butter - 5 gm
ghee - 5 gm
soya chunks - 20 gm grinded
salt
black papper
ginger+ green chilli chopped+chopped coriander leaves
- make a dough of wheat floor n+ soyabean powder.
-make small small four chapati of it
- take for st layer keep grated veggies cover with nd layer. then on nd layer keep chopped veggies cover with rd layer keep mashed paneer, then add salt + black pepper n chaat masala on it & cover it with last layer. n press the stuffed chapatis with hand n roll with rolling pin.
-take a non stick tawa put that stuff roti on tawa.
- bake it on low flame from both sides & make small cuts in the center n apply ghee.
- when it get cook well put some butter on it n serve it hot.
