Pre cooked chicken -50 gms cubes
- Pre heat the oven to C. - Fine grind the broccoli in a food processor or using a grater - Transfer it into a bowl and place it in microwave for minutes. - Once cool down, transfer the broccoli on a kitchen towel and squeeze out all the liquid. - In a bigger bowl add above broccoli, eggs, gms grated Parmesan cheese, tea spoon yeast, gms grated mozzarella cheese, salt, seasoning and stir well so that mixture is combined - On a baking sheet, spread this mixture evenly to form a half inch around - inches base - Carefully place then baking sheet in pre heater oven for - mins For pizza sauce - In a non stick pan add fine ground tomatoes on high flame, add basil, grater garlic, salt, pepper and seasoning and reduce it form a nice pizza sauce For Pizzq Topping- Now that the crust is ready- spread pizza sauce evenly, add toppings like capsicum, mushroom, basil, cooked chicken pieces, onion, grater remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Once topping is set sprinkle salt, pepper and seasoning and place it in pre heated oven for another mins Once done, garnish with Basil and enjoy!!
