Steam the fish fillet and marinate with salt, lime juice and black pepper powder.
Boil potatoes and mash it.
Mix cornflour in little water and keep it ready
Now, in a bowl, add the fish fillet, potato and bread. Add salt, onion and chillies chopped, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, Dry mango powder, little chaat masala. Mash them all together. Now add little water and make a tight dough. Now make balls out of that dough.
Heat oil in a pan. Now dip the fish chops in cornflour and shallow fry on both sides.
Serve hot with salad and any sauce of your choice (count macros of that. excluded here).
