Falafel Balls:-
35gms Chickpeas
10gms Spinach
10gms Fresh Coriander
10gms Fresh Parsley
25gms Onions
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
Cumin Powder - To taste
Cinnamon Powder - To Taste
Salt - To Taste
10gms Olive Oil
Salad:-
25gms Quinoa
20gms Diced Cucumber
20gms Diced Coloured Peppers
20gms Finely Chopped Lettuce
50gms Diced Tomatoes
Salt - To Taste
Lemon Juice - To Taste
Black Pepper Powder - To Taste
Spicy Feta Dip:-
100gms Yoghurt
50gms Crumbled Feta Cheese
Mixed Herbs - To Taste
Red Chilli Flakes - To Taste
Red Chilli Powder - To Taste
Salt - To Taste
Boil the chickpeas.
Mash the chickpeas.
Add all the other ingredients of the falafel to the mashed chickpeas and form a soft dough like ball.
Make Balls of desired size.
Brush them with olive oil on both sides.
Bake them in a pre-heated oven of °C for mins on each side.
Meanwhile mix all ingredients of the Salad & Dip individually.
If you have allowance can make Pita/Tortilla with wheat flour and make it a Falafel Wrap.
