Falafel made out of chickpea and soya chunk -125gms
Low fat Mayonnaise or Hung Curd
Oil 10 gms
Coarsely blend soaked chickpeas and boiled and pat dried soya chunk along with salt, chilli garlic paste, chilli flakes and some dried herbs of your choice.
Pour little oil on a heavy bottomed pan and cook until they get golden brown outside.
