Ingredients

Pitta Bread 2 Nos

Sliced Capsicum, iceberg lettuce, carrot- 100 gms

Falafel made out of chickpea and soya chunk -125gms

Low fat Mayonnaise or Hung Curd

Oil 10 gms

Method

Step 1

Coarsely blend soaked chickpeas and boiled and pat dried soya chunk along with salt, chilli garlic paste, chilli flakes and some dried herbs of your choice.

Step 2

Pour little oil on a heavy bottomed pan and cook until they get golden brown outside.

Step 3

Cut the pitta bread into half and spread some low fat mayo inside the bread, and stuff the veggies and cooked falafels
