crush paneer and sredd some beetroot mic them both together add salt and spice acc to your taste and keep it aside
cut some veggies to stirr fry preferably broccoli, tomato, mushrooms etc
stirr fry in a non stick pan with - gm butter till charring start to appear on veggies
toast breads on a grill
prepare an egg whIte omelette with veggies of your choice and basil leaves
assemble the sandwich by adding mint chutney on bread, adding lettuce, cucumber,capsicum, onion, tomato and mixture of paneer and beetroot.
serve a colourful tasty and healthy plate
