Egg white
Spices (chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt)
Veggies (capsicum, grated cauliflower and spinach, onion, tomato)
Chop the veggies of approximately gms into fine pieces
To the chopped veggies add egg whites, and then add spices according to your likings to it
Whisk the above ingredients well, heat the pan and add gms of ghee to it
Add the above mix to the heated pan and pour the mix to it and let it be on the pan untill It turn brown
