break an egg separate the white and mix onion and tomato in it
Heat a pan put - gm oil and let the omelet cook
as soon as one side is about to cook put basil leaves on uncooked side and then turn the side and let it cook for - sec and it's ready
Heat your pan with gm oil and let the bread toast om low heat
meanwhile chop your veggies
now assemble the sandwich by placing mint sauce mixed with curd on one side of each bread
Place lettuce leaves, basil leaves, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, onion, capcium etc on the bread
crumble tofu/paneer on the veggies and sprinkle mixed seeds on it
put the egg white omelet on paneer crumble and assemble the sandwich
serve fresh and healthy
