Ingredients hard boiled eggs sliced cucumber sliced beefsteak tomato tsp butter / pinch salt / pinch black pepper sprigs hand-crushed coriander Steps . Hard boil eggs in a small saucepan filled with water for - mins and displace them in cold water bowl to stop cooking, peel, cut them into two halves and set aside . Pre-wash and slice the beefsteak tomato and cucumber . Cut the sides of white bread slices and smear butter with butter knife . Assemble the beefsteak tomato and cucumber sltces on each other, close the sandwich, cut it into two halves . Assembled the remainder beefsteak tomato and cucumber slices a plate along side of the vegetarian sandwich and hard boiled egg halves . Hand-crush - sprigs of washed coriander leaves and garnish lightly PS- I have a piping hot Ginger Masala Chai with my breakfast
