Tomato coriander chutney with basic spices like red chilli , coriander powder , salt and garma masala.
Sauté all the colourful vegetables like Bell peppers, carrot beans, cabbage in g of ghee.
Prepare a Chutney by grinding tomato ,coriander, green chilli, cumin seeds, salt and lemon juice. Add the Chutney to the vegetables then add egg whites with basic spices like garam masala, salt and pepper with coriander powder and jeera powder.
Now add the boiled rice and mix it well and steam it for to minutes.
