Egg white - 2
Milk low fat - 60ml
Vanilla essence- 0.5 tsp
Zero calorie sweetener- as per taste
Take two egg whites and eggs in a bowl and whisk it nicely until it’s foamy.
Add milk , zero calories sweetener and vanilla essence and whisk it again. Make sure that your sweetener dissolves in it.
Take any mould or even a small circular vessel and pour in this mixture.
Take a pot, fill water in it and place a steel plate flipped down to get the support. Place your mould in it. Make sure water is filled / to the height of this mould.
Now cover the lid and steam it for about - minutes or until egg is set.
Take it out, refrigerate it for about minutes in the fridge. Then place a knife around the edges and scrape it off. Tap from bottom and sides so that pudding leaves off the edges and then take it out in a plate.
Garnish with pistachios and serve chilled. Enjoy this low calorie egg snack 😋
