Eggs - 3 Yolks + 1 White
Oil - 5 Grams
Veggies - 75 Grams
Cheese - 12 Grams
Milk - 30 ml
Mix Eggs with Milk and salt to taste
In a pan saute all veggies and set it aside
Use % of egg mixture and let it heat
Post the egg is about % cooked, add veggies with grated cheese in the middle of the omelette
Roll the egg from the mixture side and push it on the right of the pan
add remaining egg on the left side of pan and keep rolling till no egg remains
it's all good to consume!
