1 packet Maggie Noodles
2 eggs
Maggie Masala
Salt
Oregano
Coriander leaves
1 Green chilly
1 teaspoon oil
Take a pan and add cups water to it, Bring the water to boil and add the noodles to the pan.
Once noodles turn soft, switch off the flame
Drain the water and keep aside
Heat tbsp oil in a pan
Whisk the egg in a bowl and add into the pan
Scramble the egg and once it is cooked, add the masala and mix well.
Finally add the cooked noodles. Mix well till the noodles are coated with the masala.
Cook for a minute and remove from heat.
Egg maggi noodles is now ready to be served hot.
Tip - You can also add vegetables, onion , garlic as well.
