Step. Cut onions and tomatoes in big pieces , green chilli , A small piece of ginger sliced , to garlic flakes . Step . Statue onion then add the ginger and garlic cook until the onion turn light pink and cooked . Add tomatoes and green chilli . Saute it further till tomato is also cooked. Step . Add chilli powder , dhania powder and saute till the masala leaves the sides of the pan . Allow it to cool . Blend to a smooth paste . Saute it in oil . Add salt and cook with tblsp kitchen King Masala . Step . Meanwhile remove the boiled eggs from the hot water and place them in cold room temperature water . Break the shells and let the eggs rest . In a pan heat a little oil with tblsp butter . Place the boiled eggs and sauté for few seconds . Sprinkle chilli powder . Step . Add the eggs in the gravy . Allow it to simmer for a few minutes . Switch off the gas Pour the egg korma into the serving dish . Sprinkle finely cut coriander leaves . Serve hot with Rice, Rotis or Bread !!
